Overall system introduction:
The HFC-227ea automatic fire extinguishing system consists of a fire extinguishing agent bottle group, a bracket, a drive gas bottle group, a container valve, a liquid check valve, a gas check valve, a drive device, a gas transmission control pipeline, a manifold, a selection valve, a tee, a reducing tee, an elbow, a reducing elbow, a flange, a safety valve, a signal feedback device, a pipe network, a nozzle, a reagent, a fire detector, a gas fire extinguishing controller, an audible and visual alarm, an alarm, a deflation indicator light, an emergency start/stop button, etc.
Fire Extinguishing Agent Cylinder Set
1) Purpose: Used to store HFC-227ea fire extinguishing agent, with functions such as sealing, releasing, filling, overpressure relief, and pressure display.
2) Structure: Consists of a container valve, siphon tube, and storage container. The storage container is a refillable, red epoxy-painted, welded steel container. The container valve consists of a valve body, actuating device, a piston, a pressure indicator, and a pressure relief device. After connecting to the siphon tube, it is installed on the mouth of the storage container. The container valve can be opened pneumatically or manually to release the fire extinguishing agent.

4) Installation and Instructions:
1) The installation location should comply with the requirements of the design documents and be arranged in the order of the cylinder group numbers. The height difference should not exceed 20mm, and the distance between the operating surface and the wall or between operating surfaces should not be less than 1.0m.
2) In an emergency, remove the safety pin on the actuator, engage the handle one by one, and activate the cam lever to open all the container valves to release the fire extinguishing agent.
5) Maintenance Instructions:
Perform a monthly visual inspection to ensure there is no deformation or mechanical damage from impact, no surface rust, an intact protective coating, and the safety pin and seal are intact before continuing to use.
6) Note:
The safety pin on the container valve is used to lock the cam lever. Pulling out the safety pin before disengaging the cam lever is necessary only for manual actuation of the container valve. Locking the cam lever does not affect the nitrogen actuation of the container valve.
